As a small business owner, you always want every day to be the best day. For your customers, for your staff. All of it. You get a brief moment to make an impression and you always want it to be memorable. You all are what make us possible.

As a small business owner, it is always on you. You don’t necessarily have a corporate team. You don’t necessarily have people who can step in and make it happen when you can’t.

As a small business owner, sometimes life…just lifes. And your priorities have to shift.

To anyone who tried to come see us today and we weren’t open, I apologize. To anyone who wanted something we didn’t have, I apologize. To anyone who’s experience wasn’t what they’d hoped for, I apologize. Certainly never our intention to give you anything but the best.

To my staff (kiddos, at that) who stepped in and stepped up and did the best they could with what they had…thank you. Couldn’t do it without you.

To anyone we let down today, please consider visitng another day and remember that we are subject to “life” just like all of you.
