Architecture by Design

Construction progress update from our townhome project in Jessup, MD with Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. All 38 homes and stand alone community building are framed under roof with different levels of exterior finishes like brick being installed. MEP rough ins are also underway in most units. We are excited to see these 6 building groups nestled around the community building come together and provide more affordable housing to the area just south of Jessup and off of the Baltimore-Washington Parkway.

Our Slippery Hill Phase 3 Senior project is finally getting roof trusses installed and all 4 floors are framed and ready for roofing and MEP rough ins. Another project that is coming together quickly by the Harkins Builders team in Grasonville, MD.

Members from ABD had a great time celebrating love and equality during the OEC Pride Weekend a couple weekends ago outside our office on Main Street Ellicott City, MD. They had a great time meeting and hanging out with other residents and businesses from our local community.
