CERTIFIED PEER RECOVERY SPECIALIST

We are hiring a Peer Recovery Specialist/Driver to join our team! In this role, you’ll be a vital bridge for individuals in early recovery. You’ll provide safe transportation to and from our clinic, facilitate peer-led groups, and offer the kind of one-on-one support that only someone who has walked the path of recovery can provide. Whether you’re helping a client navigate their first intake or sharing your own journey to inspire theirs, your work will directly impact lives every day. We are looking for a teammate who is licensed in Maryland, has a clean driving record, and is passionate about advocacy and harm reduction. If you’re ready to help us create a welcoming, recovery-focused environment where clients feel seen and supported, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
Support and provide individual and/or group counseling, to individuals seeking substance abuse treatment.
Our desired candidate:
Gets satisfaction from inspiring and counseling others.
Enjoys a stable early-morning schedule, free afternoons, and no night/weekend/holiday shifts
Qualifications: ADT, CAC-AD, CSC-AD
Must be licensed or certified as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor or ADT certified by the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists.
