Today we are celebrating someone truly incredible — our Ireland Road Director, Jessica, who is marking her 24th anniversary with Growing Kids Learning Centers! 🥳✨

She's watched children take their first wobbly steps and walk out the door ready for kindergarten. She's learned the names — not just of the kids, but of the siblings, the grandparents, the family dogs. She's the reason new families exhale when they tour the building. The reason staff feel like they belong. The reason Ireland Road feels less like a childcare center and more like a second home.

Twenty-four years is a long time to love something. Jessica makes it look easy.

Our State Road 23 Center is thrilled to celebrate Miss Mary, one of our incredible two-year-old teachers, as this month’s “Teacher Spotlight”!

Since joining our team, Miss Mary has made a truly remarkable impact on our school community. Affectionately known as our “school grandmother,” she has a special way of making every child feel loved and valued. It’s a daily joy to see so many children stop by her classroom just to say goodbye—an unmistakable reflection of the deep connections she builds.

Miss Mary has cultivated strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families. Parents feel confident knowing their little ones are in such caring and capable hands. She goes above and beyond to ensure each child is supported in reaching important developmental milestones, from fostering early learning skills to guiding and encouraging potty training with patience and care.

Her classroom is a nurturing, engaging, and enriching environment where children thrive. Behind the scenes, Miss Mary consistently puts in extra time and effort—often taking materials home—to ensure her classroom runs smoothly and remains a place of excellence.

We are so grateful for Miss Mary’s dedication, compassion, and unwavering commitment to our children and families. She truly embodies the heart of our school!
