Another fun, but challenging project completed in collaboration with Get It Rite Construction! The clients came up with a terrific concept and we brought it to reality. A 22x22 addition. Insulated footing/slab on grade. 6/12 vaulted pitch roof and ceiling. We certainly had to overcome some challenges with materials delays and some unique design challenges. We removed the exterior window and made it a pass through and replaced the patio door with decorative French doors. The transition from the dining area through the doors required some creative reworking of the sub floor but turned out seamless and beautiful. The homeowner came up with the concept of the beams which were fun to create and really made the vaulted ceiling a thing of beauty. We absolutely love projects like this where we work hand in hand with the homeowner to design and create their dream project.

Bathroom renovations have been quite popular as of late. This collaboration with Get It Rite Construction was a water damage restoration project. We removed the shower enclosure and the lower half of the walls. Rebuilt the walls and shower. Replaced the plumbing and installed new tile, vanity, sink, toilet, door and floor. All renewed and ready to go for the holidays.
