We live in a world obsessed with the "overnight transformation." We want the 7-day detox, the 24-hour fix, and the instant "Mental Switch."
But true Mastery doesn't happen in a sprint. It happens in the quiet, consistent "Sovereign Moves" you make when no one is watching.
The Math of Mastery
If you feel like you aren’t moving fast enough, I want you to look at the numbers:
If you get just 1% better each week, you are 52% better by this time next year.
Read that again.
You don’t need to overhaul your entire life by Friday. You just need to commit to the 1% shift.
