This Tuesday, we’re pouring sangria, serving up tacos, and celebrating one of our favorite summertime pairings before it’s gone. If you’ve been putting off trying our 2025 Picpoul Blanc from Fernow Ranch Vineyard, consider this your warning. We’re down to the final cases.

Fernow Ranch is one of the most unique vineyards we work with in Lodi. Farmed using regenerative, no-till practices, the vineyard focuses on building healthy soil and encouraging the vines to thrive naturally. Instead of constantly disturbing the ground, cover crops and natural soil biology are used to improve water retention, promote biodiversity, and create a healthier ecosystem for the vines. Combined with sandy soils and cooling Delta breezes, the result is fruit with incredible freshness, vibrant acidity, and a true sense of place.

That bright acidity is exactly why Picpoul shines with tacos. Notes of citrus, melon, and minerality make it one of the most food-friendly wines we produce and a perfect match for a warm summer evening.

Due to our limited remaining inventory, the 2025 Picpoul Blanc is now only available by the bottle while supplies last.
