Meet Pam, our Laboratory Supervisor!

Pam is our resident German—born in Frankfurt, Germany, she ultimately settled right here in Elizabethtown around the age of 11. She brings a wealth of experience to our clinic, having earned her Certified Nursing Assistant credential from ECTC and her phlebotomy certification from the Kentucky School of Phlebotomy, building on a strong background in pharmacy.

Pam has been with Member Medical since July 2020, and her favorite part of the job is getting to know our patients. Because Member Medical provides extended visits, she loves being able to connect with everyone on a personal level. As Pam says, "It makes coming to work more enjoyable when it’s patients that become friends coming in." Outside of the lab, you can find Pam hanging out with her boys, Liam and Miles, loving on her puppy, Winnie, or out singing, kayaking, fishing, and ultimately enjoying life’s adventures!

We aren't supposed to have favorite patients, but obviously Cooper is an exception. 🐾

He accompanies his human to every Member Medical appointment, and the team always looks forward to their visits. Thanks for keeping us company, Cooper!
