Have to give a huge shout-out to Long's Paving Inc from Quarryville for a great job repaving our buildings parking lot.
Just need the lines painted for car spots.

Besides this homeowner "needing" a new roof, an important part of a shingle roof is PROPER ventilation. Older aluminum ridgevents are prone to leaks as the years go by. We installed a cap-over-ridge system (GAF Snow Country Advanced), which allows proper ventilation while combining a nice visual on the roof.
