Every year I reflect on the numerous projects we've completed and the significant impact we've had on people's lives. This year's final project coincidentally fell at the end of the year. Although it wasn't a large-scale, high-profile project, it was a relatively small multi-family roof replacement. This straightforward project took an unexpected turn when we discovered substantial rot beneath the roof. Our foreman and project manager swiftly devised a plan, which was executed within a week, a task that would normally require a month to complete. I would like to extend my gratitude to our engineer, framers, electricians, metal fabricators, commercial roofers, and the Denver building department staff for their seamless collaboration in bringing this project to fruition.
