2026 Spring Calf Parade! 4️⃣ Another heifer out of BBR Cash x Bossy!

I was trying to catch this mommy and me moment from far away so I wouldn’t disturb it. I got the do-not-disturb part, but not the good pic part. haha! I’ll work on getting another portrait to do them both justice.

Bossy is a lovely dun lady with thick body and gorgeous hair and beautifully sculpted horns. Shes the first ever highland we got so she’s the epinem of our ranch.

And her little one? Cute silver (or dun) tipped girl. 83% highland. Beautiful eyelashes and very curious and friendly face. She has the look I like with thick body compared to leg height, blocky head and shorter muzzle. Her ears and muzzle look small because the hairs are so light!

Suspected chondro+, polled, and silver (maybe dun). Tests pending.

2026 Spring Calf Parade! 3️⃣ Here is daughter of Ryder x Maria!

Obviously we’re not going in order because this is the newest of the bunch, at only a week old, and only our second highland of the year. 😳

Last year this pairing produced an amazing silver bull, and this year they’ve knocked it out of the park with a lovely yellow heifer. The conformation and hair and temperament combo of Ryder and Maria is spectacular.

Definitely chondro-, horned, and suspected yellow. Can be registered HHCA-A.

Status: Available, unless I decide this is my girl to retain from Ryder’s calves.

This group of littles is very independent. When the mamas are all away and they’re left with the babysitter, they spread out and chill. That little one on the right is Reno, always exploring and pushing the boundaries.
