If bugs are a problem, we've you covered there too! We screened this patio area in, the home owners put in some sliding screen doors and we added a doggie screen door in so everyone could come and go as they pleased! These screens can easily come down and then be folded up and stored in a bin for the winter.

This newly constructed screened in porch was intended to be a 3 season room, that's when we came into the picture. The home owner was thrilled with the final product and the ability to use their new room for most of the year.

This porch in Rye has a beautiful view of the ocean but does a great job of collecting snow which then melts and runs into the bedroom! I came up with this idea to keep the weather out and keep the view. As a bonus it is very warm in there on a sunny day creating the perfect place to have a cup of tea read a book and fall asleep!

Well, this snowy day in March seems like a good time for a massive photodump. We have been VERY busy over the past year, and this is just a few of the jobs we have done! I am going to start with a job that we just did in Durham at the Emery Farm Market and Cafe. We added these clear curtains to the porch for outdoor seating and eating, I highly recommend their food and coffee!!

Here's a little bit of what we've been up to in the past week, complete with before and after shots. Big awnings, little awnings and side curtains! The old Poco's down on the waterfront in Portsmouth is now under new management and will be called Rios. They are hoping to open the second week in April go check them out!
