I have been cooking on my casuela de barro that we brought back from Nicaragua. When we got it I prepped it and seasoned it and so far I've been able to fry eggs in it and now I'm cooking these refried beans. Maybe it's me but I think that everything tastes a little bit better and don't anybody tell me that that's because it has lead in it.
