The piles aren’t the problem. Capacity is.

Every year, the end of the school year leaves many moms standing in front of overflowing counters, backpacks full of papers, artwork, projects, and a house that suddenly feels heavier.

But the clutter isn’t usually the real issue.

Behind those piles is a mom who has spent weeks juggling field days, teacher gifts, graduations, concerts, sports, summer planning, work responsibilities, and the mental load of keeping everything moving.

When your capacity is stretched thin, even simple decisions can feel overwhelming.

The papers can wait.

The real question is: Do you have the capacity to deal with them right now?
