Ladies and Gentlemen, it is that season! Time for nominations for Bastrop County's Best! Last year we had the honor of being a runner up.

Things that have changed since last year: this year, our kids have been invited to perform for the Austin Spurs, (G-League for the NBA team the San Antonio Spurs. ) , we have 3 teachers who have been offered choreographical certification through Juilliard. We continue to be the only school in the community to hold continuous placement at a competitive level, having placed again at regional competition. We are also the only school in the community with year long opportunities for classes, 3 recitals a year, community service opportunities, and community performances, as well as statewide performance opportunities. This year we have also been offered the chance to perform at Disney and Universal, which we hope to fundraise to provide opportunities for our kids, and keep as much of this out of the pockets of mom and dad as possible.

All this, while providing free opportunities at Bastrop ISD for kids to have access to free services like todays Danny Go! themed dance party, and a few weeks ago's Free Tumbling class. Accessible art is our goal. We love providing this service to the community, and our heart lays with ensuring that our students are provided with means to do wonderful things!
