I truly appreciate your continued support and understanding. As many of you know, I have always tried to be flexible when unexpected situations arise. However, moving forward, I will be strictly enforcing my salon policies, including those related to cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, and no-shows.

While I understand that life happens and unforeseen circumstances can occur, consistently making exceptions impacts my schedule and business operations.
