Simple Promise Farms is looking for a dependable, hard-working full-time farm hand to join our team.

This is not just a job where you show up and punch a clock. This is hands-on work that helps grow food, care for the land, support our markets, and be part of a mission much bigger than any one person.

The right person for this role is willing to work outside, get dirty, follow direction, stay consistent, and take pride in a job well done.

Job duties may include:

Planting, harvesting, washing, and packing produce
Farm maintenance and general cleanup
Preparing for farmers markets and events
Supporting daily farm operations
Working alongside a team that believes in purpose, structure, and community

We are looking for someone who is reliable, teachable, physically able to handle farm work, and willing to be part of a mission-driven environment.
