Foley residents can receive a free tree and horticulture advice during the city’s annual celebration of Arbor Day on Saturday, Feb. 22.

The 44th annual Foley Arbor Day will begin at 1 p.m. at the Coastal Alabama Farmers and Fishermens Market at 781 Farmers Market Way.
