Short answer, YES!
Long: Everyone dreams, when you hit REM sleep is when your mind is most "active" in your sleep cycle and you begin to dream. What people seem to get confused with is the terminology. You may feel you don't "dream" when in reality, you just cannot recall your dreams. And that's OK!! Not everyone needs to recall their dreams. Just means your dreams have nothing significant to tell you that you don't already have in control or are working on as an individual. That as well as peaceful, quiet dreams are something to be proud of!
