Adding squats to your workouts can help boost your exercise performance, decrease your risk of injury, and keep you moving more easily throughout the day. But these are just a few of the benefits.
If your just starting out make sure you can do 3x12 bodyweight before you progress to adding weight. Be patient don’t rush progress. Trust me when I say if you build properly you’ll be a beast a lot faster without injuries than when you rush and try to add weight. It’s like running before we learn to walk 😉.
