I'm always amazed by the adventures life brings me. Five months ago I had no idea existed. Now I'm teaching and filming yoga workouts!

I cannot think of a better addition to my wellness repertoire than this. Total wellness encompasses mind, body, and spirit. Yoga, especially hot yoga benefits all three. And I'm learning new arm balancing poses proving there is always more to learn!

DAY 5.
Took Hot Power Fusion for the first time. AWESOME!!! Definitely out of my comfort zone but well worth it.

You cannot grow staying in your comfort zone. Agitation breeds ascension. In this new year challenge yourself, be uncomfortable, be agitated then explore those feelings. You'll be better for it. I promise.

The waterfall at Kenny Haun Park is one of my favorite spots in this city's parks.

Getting outside as often as possible not only maintains optimum vitamin D levels and encourages movement, it can help ease depression while grounding your energy.

Holistic health is not the absence of Western medicine. It is the blend of modalities to best heal the whole person - mind, body, and spirit.

It was so much fun filming Yoga Barre and a core and glute class with for ON DEMAND!
