An amazing review from one of my clients who recently completed my ten-week program. I’m incredibly proud of her progress and dedication to the program, and honored to have been a part of her fitness journey.

My client expressed that the program helped her stay consistent with her nutrition and fitness goals. The program included a comprehensive meal plan and workout regimen, which left little room for excuses. By having a set plan in place, she was able to hold herself accountable and stay on track.

She also mentioned that it provided her with the motivation she needed to push herself and showed her that she was capable of achieving her goals. I believe that it's essential to provide my clients with the tools and support they need to succeed, and I’m thrilled that this program was able to do just that.

I’m excited to announce that my Back to Basics Membership will be launching soon. This program will build upon the success of our ten-week program, offering even more resources and support to help you reach your fitness goals. It will involve 60 day challenges where we, “Get Back to the Basics” of health and wellness!

Whether you're a beginner or a fitness ju**ie, I believe that my Back to Basics Membership will provide you with the guidance and support you need to achieve lasting success and maintenance of your efforts.

Hey everyone! 👋🏼 It feels great to be back! I took a much-needed break. I hope you've all been doing well and taking care of yourselves.
I have some exciting news to share with you all! In the coming weeks, I will be launching a Back to Basics Membership program. This program is all about getting back to the basics of health and wellness and providing you with the tools and resources you need to live a healthier, happier life.

Zoodle "Pasta" Salad. A light easy spring recipe. You can also meal prep into jars for easy lunches for the week if that’s your thing!
2 cups spiralized zuchinni (1 c per jar)
12 pepperoni slices (6per jar) I used uncured.
1 C cherry tomatoes
1/2 C chopped peppers, 1/4 per jar
1/2 C chopped onion, 1/4 per jar
4 Tbs Parmesan cheese, 2 per jar
2 tsp fresh basil, 1 per jar
2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil, 1 per jar
2-4 Tbs red wine vinegar, 1-2 per jar
Optional olives.

Start layering in this order:
EVOO, red wine, basil, tomatoes, cheese, peppers, onion, olives, pepperoni, zuchinni, top with 1 Tbs cheese.
Seal jar and refrigerate until ready to eat.
