Temp Perhaps.
An Important 3 Others who Should be known by all having Satellite Land Based Telemetry Abilities. China has gone on to its 5th Base with SigInt (Signals Intelligence) Equivalent. As well Russia has always been First since Sputnik. Far More Real Dangerous Without Care.
It is why I argued time ago that I feel strongly that Out in Asia including the Indo Pacific with Cuba "it" Chiefly was always China and Russia. But that the Havana Tragedy and US Diplomats being Rendered Disabled Incapable was the work of China via Satellite.
A Real Good to Pursue. Yet they don't publish anything, Because it's their Law. And only their Tops know about it out there. Unlike the US under FOIA (Freedom of Information Act). But that largely in USA.
And also for Europe which from the Arctic China has Clear Range into. But Russia Also. And it is Easy for them to use English AI to Transmit Voice To Skull in English to Fool the Targeted Individual Victim that it's The USA or the West. As "Can Be" Only.
Read through the Internet and Get these Clues. It would be easiest to Pursue for the Havana Syndrome how China is has to be The Ones Behind it and Not Blame the USA. And promote it for USA Attention who would like to Understand more. But if they make a Step in that Direction usually finds themselves flooded that it's the USA Only that can be the Culprit. When as I have seen and Matched it is Obviously Not.
Because it lead to US Administration Diplomats Attacked. The US Would Never do that to US Federal Politicians. Because then the NSA would find so much to deal with. And why on it's own US Diplomats with Biden's Sorrows about it as News Reports Past do tell. There is and was Zero Purpose and Zero will in that Direction by the USA NSA as well. To clarify about it.
So it's just a Good Lead. For some unity in Directions that will not Blame the US on the Havana Syndrome. Tragedy. And Senate Intel has Re-Opened into Questions On it Recently.
And that whole dealing with China who is Most Really The Only Isolated Could Be. And the USA's Enemy in More than in one Way, while the International Diplomacy is Still the Manner Anchored for Bringing Resolves with Prevention of Wars also. A have to Route.
And I think last year or 2022 China Rose from No. 10 Top World Intelligence to Top No. 3. Meaning that Tells More.
Wishing so much good and Solutions.
Iran is another Serious Cause of Worries from the Artic Super as well. Just starting their Satellite Surveillanced and Missiles Guidance Systems if they Ever use SigInt Equivalents sharing Technologies from China and Russia.
But in Reality what is ever Proclaimed is that it is for use of Only Satellite Missile Guidance and for Surveillance. But there as we know is always Much More Behind it. Yet the Worst Concerns and Dangers is their Missiles Guidance that can range into the USA and Europe.
Oh and Why China in Cuba? To Control So Called Diplomatically, Or To Attack to Disable Anti-Communists Known to Be on a Steady Uprise from within.
And God Bless ya all.

Also, the only type of chip implants I do never oppose are not forced but removeable by even also the person himself or herself at will whenever upon desire without punishment or fine. This for protection against abduction or kidnapping. These must not be for random other uses implemented for by law enforcement departments or agiencies ever allowed.

Chip Implants are actually a Tracking RFid type of USB uploader to satellites of your private life for dowloads by Surveillance.

Research on GPS Telemetry Chip Implants is largely a Compilation of the great powers or potentials Radio Frequency Telemetry Chip Implant Transmitters and Recievers have in their makeup and as have been reported on in actual practice evasively, varyingly. Though the widespread of it's entire potentials are not broadly functioned the inevitability that it will not be used these ways is never a guaranteed once implemented in thus voiced promise just. It is a futuristic application through Sociology as well how instances will forward unapologetically. And who while man thus being corrupt shall man the operation is too far a rhetorical question for it to be slated as a plateau opportunity in the first place. Scattered law enforcement and political corruption instances are connected and webbed in references throughout this research in interlinking reasoning with rigid Sociology application. Yet to succint this in an answer to a question demands the answer that real military intelligence respective in each country's counterparts are to network and electricity the whole thing. Despite. Yet Law Enforcement is just an extension trial and error pilot department in all such consequence. Yet in only tool experience on hand workings if ever. Should. For projects and experiments surmounting to establish it operated by complete strangers of the military intelligence to whim are no pretext in my book for the truth in fact that man is corrupt and this is too much power for the potential of man is to be corrupt, chiefly, evasive, and criminal. This research is just A B C introduction of the technology but with applicable strong substantiations about the dangers this poses as is fore-worked that it is to be operated in design complete and penetrating persons' lives with interposition by strangers.

LEVITICUS 19:28 Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the LORD.

Interpretation in authoritative respects. The nature of the chip implant composed technology as constructed is that it has prints of marks within it; and thus constituting that these printed marks are placed upon the person. The digital frequency identification and other things of printed nature are within the chip implant and are not to be placed upon you.

Also it says you shall not make any cutting in your flesh for the dead, which includes chip implants that are to provide factual chip implant telemetry media recorded instances of a loved one that passed away. Implanting a chip implant requires a cutting in the flesh and along with the composition of incorporating a memory by a loved one that passed away matches what it was talking about in any respects however possible as well. This excludes cuttings to help heal someone, for instance.

Another method of obtaining memory of a loved one passed away that is inputed into the chip implant is to instead have it recorded from there into visual and/or audio media you can play so that you do get what memory was to hear and/or see. Idea. Idea. For the LORD and for memory of a loved one that passed away as well as yourself to hear and or see also. Consider, that if it is something that can be interacting with you and can be responding acting like artificial intelligence that reciprocates your request or desires to see/hear specific versions or particular topics of instances, it might be some military intelligence impersonating and wearing this past loved one’s identity to fulfill things desired requested. Meaning it is manned by someone and can be a full pe*******on of your entire privacy this way as well. I wrote about things like this for years before. It can be used like this to influence you in frauds that your loved one passed away urged something that never was or perhaps in that specific respects conveyed by the military intelligence impersonator of that passed away loved one. What if they turn psychotic for thrills against the person with this memory chip implant with that impersonation of that passed away loved one? For instance. It is only care and understanding the industry to think about looking for another direction that I believe the Tanahk alone provides.

This scripture is not a communication of condemnation that is presented here, but a communication of what the LORD wills for you and others. As he said. So, it is not to put down others, but to self assess oneself about what the LORD wants for a person. It is not a presentment of harm to do to others communicated here if known or realized to have chip implanted themselves for whatever reason. Especially due to government requirements world wide ifs anywhere perhaps and other things. It is not a condemnation scripture verse point, but an enlightenment about what the Lord wants for you in love. It is a do not or a thou shalt not of the LORD. He in wisdom created us. So, why not think He is smarter? Avoid it in any respects possible and if possible for self for the LORD.

Healthcare Use of Chip Implants
Part 1 of 2

Medical chip implant developments by brilliant healthcare professionals to expand life, for prosthetics, and to restore sight and hearing are examples of good uses of this technology. DOD developments and discoveries in technology that can equip physicians with the tools to enable them to cause patients to live, is an undeniable breathtaking scientific achievement that deserves the applause of humanity. Medical professionals who use technology to save lives do function in society for the public good. Quantum leaps in the sciences are wonderful achievements that should never be turned into health hazardous applications of this technology, a threat to the liberties of society, and a black science to be used on human beings. It is vital to the public good that healthcare professionals and the industry in general, not engage in practices that would compromise their public trust. Every profession has their regulatory body that certifies their members, holding them to a code of ethics to ensure that the public trust for the industry will never be compromised, nor be subject to disreputableness. This is the area the healthcare industry has been strategically enticed into stepping into through chip corporation marketing strategies promoting their implant satellite-trackable products for use in accessing medical data.

Government contracts and government grants that fund physicians and healthcare institutions with the finances to research, explore, and develop new medical discoveries and medical technologies must never be used to put the pressure on the medical industry in ways that would cause the industry to loose their trust to the public. A great many times the government funds medical research and developments to acquire knowledge in the sciences. These sciences are researched by the Department of Defense to test new functions that can be explored of these medical discoveries and to see if that function can be used for or applied to the military sciences. And truly there is nothing wrong with that at all, and it is something that US citizens would deem as being honorable, so long as it is not used to the hurt of the public. Uses of trackable chip implants and telemetry technology that can convert a human’s eyes into recordable video cameras, the person’s audio cortex or vocal cords into recordable microphones, and the person’s mind into a ransackable databank in the healthcare industry violates their public trust. There truly is nothing wrong with the existence of this technology, so long as it is used for purposes of national defense, pe*******on into foreign espionage operations in our country and abroad, such as: equipping CIA and military intelligence with the technology to transmit top-secret files to DOD controlled satellite systems for interpretation, and enable visual surveillance of CIA agent’s and military intelligence agent’s surroundings as they pe*****te enemy strongholds. Even if all it did was enable the patient’s whereabouts to be tracked by satellite 24 hours a day, it would be an unethical compromise of public trust.

Healthcare professionals must never be put into a position where they will compromise nor violate their code of ethics. Another example of unethical practice and destructive malpractice would be to implant GPS telemetry chips into live newborn babies and children. This practice will detonate an explosion of suspicion, distrust, and opposition throughout the country for healthcare professionals. This is something that must not exist at all in the healthcare industry. Government contracts and government grants that fund physicians and healthcare institutions’ research, developments, and business must never have any requirements for the industry participation in such programs to promote, to practice, or to test chip implants on live human beings for purposes other than those described in the opening paragraph. Laws outlawing this practice must be passed that prevent any foundation, chip corporation, government institution, or individuals to provide grants to healthcare institutions, or law enforcement agencies, or any other industry with the requirement of receiver of such funds, to promote or require chip implanting on human beings, be it expressed or implied. It must be illegal for any charities, grants, or gifts to be offered that make these type of requirements. This would only discredit the honorable work of many physicians.

There is nothing objectionable about physicians using chip-device implants to provide auxiliary means for body functions to continue operating to keep patients alive. This is the only medical use of chip implants that should be tolerated! Keeping someone’s heart beating or other body functions in motion to enable patients to live is the only situation in which chip implants can be deemed ethical and not in conflict with the Constitution. It is important that chip implanting in healthcare be outlawed, with the exception of using it for carefully defined medical purposes such as: keeping body parts functioning to enable patients to live unless successful alternatives exist, restoring normal body functions by synthetic means like ensuring a man-made arm is functioning properly, enabling sight to the blind, and enabling hearing to the death. The reason for this, is because, as will be later detailed, terms like “medical purposes” and “saving lives” is a nebulous definition that will without question be exploited by those who want to market these chips. These terms can be used interchangeably with terms like, “efficient” and “accurate,” in many sensational and creative ways by chip marketers who want to create the desire in society for these chip products. Their focus and purpose is chiefly to create, or tap into, a “money-making idea” that has the potential of skyrocketing their finances. There is still a critical concern about the phrase, “a microprocessor-controlled device” used in the below excerpt that describes potentials implants possess, that cannot be ignored:

Before I explain why, let’s separate some issues. There’s nothing objectionable about the general notion of implanting a microprocessor-controlled device into a human body. Ask Anyone whose heart beats regularly with the help of a modern pacemaker.

Chips that would restore sight to the blind and hearing to the death are amazing good uses of this technology. Consider, these are the same types of potentials, that DOD telemetry technology can activate in a citizen’s life, an unquestionably unethical use of the medical industry. This is what is meant by them stating they having the capabilities of playing back sights, sounds, and smells. Never allow the physician, who has worked hard for that PhD, to be compromised by the chip implant industry, by the DOD policies, and by government contracts that would desire to require or entice healthcare professionals to implement medical chip identification implant programs that would destroy public trust for the industry in general. The way to do that is to outlaw it’s use for these purposes. Debra Sherman describes the wonderful medical uses of chip implants to restore sight to implanted people:

The chip contains about 3,500 microscopic solar cells that convert light into electrical impulses. It works by replacing damaged photoreceptors, the so-called light-sensing cells of the eye. Those cells normally convert light into electrical signals within the retina.

There are major concerns of accidental cross-wiring and interference being experienced, during the use of wireless medical telemetry equipment. The possibility that deliberate interference or interception of hospitals’ wireless medical telemetry frequencies will occur is extremely close to never! Yet there are concerns. But the picture changes, when you apply these same possibilities to the numerous individuals with chip implants interacting in a society where crime, abuse, and corruption exists. The next excerpt provides accounts of an event of accidental cross-communication that lead to federal government intervention:

In February 1998, one of a television station in the Metroplex was testing their new digital television (DTV) equipment at the same wireless band (608MHz to 614MHz) as the critical care patients’ medical telemetry in two hospitals in Dallas, Texas. No patients were injured, but this event caused major concerns. The US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) established the Wireless Medical Telemetry Service (WMTS) on 8 June 2000 to ensure that medical telemetry equipment can operate without interference from other sources, such as high-definition television. 1 The FCC allocated 14MHz to the WMTS on a primary basis so that medical telemetry equipment can operate without cross-communicating with DTV or private land mobile services (PLMS)…The American Society for Healthcare Engineering of the American Hospital Association (ASHE/AHA) was designated as the exclusive WMTS frequency co-ordinator by the FCC…

Bills that prescribe the use of GPS telemetry technology that are drafted and proposed for their passage into law, the nature of which is a necessity for law enforcement, healthcare, and government oversight, must be revised to replace the use of chip implants to accomplish whatever the bill is drafted to accomplish, with other alternative GPS trackable devices (ankle bracelets, wristwatches, plastic bracelets, and etc.) that can be externally worn or carried, before the bills become law. I am somewhat not opposed to satellite tracking that does not include the invasion of that individual’s privacy, other than pinpointing precise location of a convicted predator, who is required by law to wear GPS trackable bracelets. I am 100% opposed to the satellite tracking of other types of citizens, totally. This is of course, unless the individual desires it by means of GPS trackable wristwatches, plastic bracelets, or other externally worn devices. GPS system tracking of criminals by law enforcement is an inevitable reality, however broad that statement may be. Nonetheless, the focus of my report is to detail the dangers associated with the legalization of the practice of chip implanting, for purposes other than those detailed in the opening paragraphs of, Healthcare Use of Chip Implants, of this report.

A critical concern about the phrase used in the Chip Implants: Electronic Leash Would Undermine Our Values news article is that it clearly states implanting a chip includes, “implanting a microprocessor-controlled device into a human body.” That defines the potentials implants possess that cannot be ignored, especially in connection with the wireless medical and satellite telemetry computerized systems that will be interacting with them. These are susceptible to cross-wiring, interference, and interception that can be wirelessly conjured up and made a functioning reality inside a human body. First, let us consider a basic definition of the term, “microprocessor,” for the purpose of clarity.

Desk Encyclopedia: MICROPROCESSOR, an integrated circuit that performs the functions of a COMPUTER on a tiny "chip" of silicon. Unlike a computer, which can be programmed to solve many different problems, a microprocessor is designed for a specific task. Microprocessors are used in a great variety of "smart" devices, including home appliances that remember instructions and the popular electronic games.

Broken down to its basic elements, a microprocessor is: an integrated circuit designed for a specific task. That specific task or function enables devices to perform. That specific task is the foundation or heart of the purpose of the device. Consider that the integrated circuit that performs the functions of a computer, enables a computer to be programmed to solve many different problems. It enables devices to remember instructions. That is the very foundational integrated circuitry that enables other devices that are programmed to interact with the microprocessor to perform all the other functions, that other device was programmed to carry out. That is what enables video cartridges that are inserted into popular electronic game boxes to execute all the programming instructions that make up all the video games on the market. With consideration of the, “I love you e-mail virus,” that once opened, infected computers with a virus, I believe it is vital to consider the possibilities that will be exploited of technological programming geniuses with PhD’s all over the world. Imagine how even wireless modems enable satellite access to the internet. These can be intercepted by the FBI, can’t they?

A microprocessor, and possibly other components of the device, produces a frequency when it is functioning. That is the frequency that can be tapped into or zeroed in on by people with the technological know-how. That frequency can be used to activate functions in the implant’s microprocessor. Devices (or the technology) that microprocessors can interact with can be utilized or can be modified in ingenious ways, to accomplish unimaginable programmable functions through wireless technology. These are some of the problems with the chip implants that are being introduced into society, whose emitting frequency can be zeroed in on of government agencies via satellite.

A less sophisticated and yet elementary example given by, Sherrie Gosset, in Bio-chip implant arrives for cashless transactions states, “RFID chips being read without permission by people who have their own hand-held readers” is an expressed concern over what is called RFID technological rollouts. A computer industry consultant, Richard Smith, pointed out that, “Verichips can still be stolen.” What would technological programming wizards do with them? Study their potentials! The functions of other hand-held readers can be modified to enable them to interact with the microprocessor of other chip implants. Other technological developments not intended to interact with the integrated circuitry (microprocessor) can enable the user to accomplish illegal operations, without apology and without being perceived by the implantee at all.

The argument developed by Applied Digital that “the only records linked to a VeriChip will be those authorized by the person with the chip” is one that is sincere, yet without the understanding that there are truly no guarantees whatsoever in the light of draconian methods desired by government and law enforcement agencies as have been expounded on throughout this report. Homeland security, Total Information Awareness, National Security Agency, LifeLog, and other government agencies and programs have been handed the authority by legislation to develop or interact with databanks that maintain dossiers of every citizen in the United States, without knowledge of what it actually includes. Chip implants used for healthcare to scan for patients’ medical records are radio frequency emitting devices that do enable GPS computerized network systems to zero in on that unique frequency identification tag programmed into the microprocessor. A systematic conversion of our US citizenry into what has been termed by some, “netizens” is being consequentially established through the introduction of medical chip implants. Chip reading technology can be tampered with. Sherrie Gossett, an Associate Editor for Accuracy in Media reports the following:

…privacy advocates have expressed concern over RFID technology rollouts, citing database concerns and the specter of individuals' RFID chips being read without permission by people who have their own hand-held readers… Several privacy and civil liberties groups have recently called for a voluntary moratorium on RFID tagging"… Signatories to the petition include the American Civil Liberties Union, the Electronic Frontier Foundation, the Electronic Privacy Information Center, Privacy International and the Foundation for Information Policy Research, a British think tank… Commenting on today's announcement, Richard Smith, a computer industry consultant, referred to what some "netizens" are already calling "chipectomies.”…"VeriChips can still be stolen. It's just a bit gruesome when to think how the crooks will do these kinds of robberies."

Saving lives is a term that has become a marketing strategy. It is the intent of companies that market implanted chips to counter the concerns that arise opposing the use of these products. The reason I clarify these chips being a product is to spark awareness that arguments that explain away concerns over its usage is nothing more than a marketing strategy, however sophisticated or sensational it may be. There’s only one thing these companies are concerned about, and that is the profit margin.

The real life issues are the dangers and the threats it is to our Constitutional way of life and to all citizen’s well being, due to the high risk of them being victimized by all kinds of sophisticated criminal activity, for one. The argument that the implantation is voluntary is not at all acceptable in the light of the wide spectrum of threats it possesses to the implantee’s safety, sanity, compromise of personal information, and his right to a Constitutional way of life compromised by government agencies desiring to zero in on chip implant radio frequency emissions. The impact these chip functions and interactions with society will produce are catastrophic not to consider. The private sector churns out endless innovations with satellite pinpointing frequencies. The banning of the use of these high-tech tools to be used on live human beings, known as chip implants, must be legislated. Senator Ron Wyden gives insight into some facts below:

Ultimately, the closure of the Information Awareness Office is only a speed bump in Big Brother’s momentum. “We have to be vigilant,” says Sen. Ron Wyden of Oregon. “Balancing the need to protect security with privacy intact is a 21st-century teeter-totter.” Stopping all government security efforts that push the bounds of privacy will take lots of vigilance. There is the controversial CAPPS II (which data-mines airline travelers’ records), the snoop-friendly Patriot Act II and persistent pressure for universal ID cards. Meanwhile, the private sector churns out endless innovations affecting privacy: radio-frequency ID that broadcasts your purchases, cell phones with cameras, Internet spyware that tracks Web surfing and disk storage so cheap that all personal details can be retained. By banning the use of high-tech tools for domestic antiterrorism—and failing to control their rampant increase otherwise—there’s a danger that we might wind up with the worst of both worlds. No privacy. And not much more security.

Wireless mobile e-health poses many critical concerns that need to be addressed, in respect to privacy and security. The ensuing report excerpt affirms that the areas of concern are, “eavesdropping, identity spoofing, vandalism or the redirection of data to unauthorized individuals or organizations…improper access or modification.” Wireless eavesdropping concerns clarify open channels that exist to enable this function to be “kicked into gear” through converting the potentials of these systems into uses they were not intended for. This is an alarming concept to ponder on. Industry professionals are aware of the unlawful uses of these potentials that exist. Identity theft and redirection of data to organizations is another interesting possibility that has been acknowledged. What is meant by “vandalism,” leads me to believe that, perhaps, some of the possibilities detailed in, GPS Chip Abuse by Citizens of this report, may have been considered. What leads me to consider this possibility is that the word vandalism is synonymous with the word, sabotage. Now these are medical telemetry instruments of the trade. Consider what catastrophic potentials are being made alive inside a human being when he is implanted with a medical chip. It is a GPS telemetry chip, by whatever name it may have, because its initial development was to enable the DOD controlled GPS network to pinpoint this technology and interact with its integrated circuitry. This will be clarified with a little more detail. First, here is an important set of facts reported on, concerning wireless e-health:

We are in a transition from wired care to wireless mobile e-health. • Hand-held computers, such as personal digital assistants or tablet computers with a communication device will become the basic platform for home-care professionals… However, as well as having the convenience of embedded technologies, we need to address the issue of privacy and security. The areas of concern are eavesdropping, identity spoofing, vandalism or the redirection of data to unauthorised individuals or organisations. In terms of individuals’ privacy, it is essential that the data is protected from improper access or modification. There is a strong need to ensure consented acquisition of data, proper storage of data, secured transmission, integrity of data and authorized access of data. It is a vital area for development of hardware or software solutions.

The Future of e-Health – Wired or not Wired
(A Report) - Review of the Background Information: Wireless Communication
University of Alberta Special Advisor–Japan, and Associate Professor, Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine, University of Alberta

What is explosive is the fact that it is a device that emits (transmits) a frequency that can be “zeroed in on” or intercepted. This is done by DOD operatives using the GPS network systems and can be accomplished by people with the technological know-how. A definition of the word transmit is also a word, “communicate.” Communication with the radio frequency chip transmission can be accomplished wirelessly. First, let us consider a basic definition of the word, transmit: for clarity, which is an action frequently associated with the chip implants:

WEBSTER HANDY COLLEGE DICTIONARY: Transmit=(trans-mit) trans·mit' v.t. [trans·mit'ted, -ting] 1, send onward or along; hand over, or down to, a recipient or destination. 2, communicate; emit. --trans·mit'tal, n.

Consider that in the same New York Times article excerpt following this series of definitions, it states that, “Applied Digital’s vision…crews equipped with Applied’s handheld radio scanners would be able to read…number on the chip.” These radio scanners can be modified and misused in all sorts of horrendous ways by technological deviants that have the know-how. Also as I have previously detailed, there is so much material published by various industries that could educate a novice on inventing devices that can zero in on the microprocessor that emits frequencies when active. Chip implants are always active. It is also conclusive that it emits a radio frequency, because it can be read by a “radio scanner.” The word frequency is also defined as being of “repeat occurrence. Please consider this basic definition of the term, frequency:

WEBSTER HANDY COLLEGE DICTIONARY: Frequency=(free'kwuhn-see) fre'quen·cy n. 1, repeated occurrence. 2, the rate of recurrence of a given event in a given time. --frequency modulation, in radio, alteration of wave length frequency to avoid distortion.

These same Verichip “passive tags” that do not, according to the same article, “broadcast radio waves,” can and will be zeroed in on by satellite as well. This makes the chip a telemeter. It is true that chips do not, “broadcast radio waves”, because that is not its intended purpose. This is not its function. Consider that the word, broadcast, means publish or spread widely. Instead, all it does is “emit unique radio frequencies.” This is the jargon used that enables chip corporations to, by deceptive use of terminology, imply that it is not trackable by satellite. Transmission of radio signals that interact with satellite is part of the world of telemetry. Other excerpts that follow state how the Department of Defense, DARPA, and Total Information Awareness Office have an established relationship with Applied Digital and other US firms linked with the GPS through private contracts. It is that frequency emitted that enables satellites to zero in on chip implants that classify them as telemetry chip implants. Please consider this basic definition of the term telemetry:

WEBSTER HANDY COLLEGE DICTIONARY: Telemetry=(tuh-lem'uh-tree) te·lem'e·try n. transmission of radio signals and coded data from a space vehicle or satellite to a station on the earth, or vice versa. --te·lem'e·ter, n. a device used in telemetry.

Healthcare chip implants to enable access to critical life saving information is not even necessary, because this capability desired can be accomplished without a chip implant. The real purpose for its promotion is to enable telemetry technology to track every chip inside every citizen with satellite. This Department of Defense policy to promote chip implants through government contracts with the private sector must be dismantled in the name of the supreme law of the land, the United States Constitution. This desire must be obliterated! The transmission (emission) of radio signals is what makes a chip implant capable of being “zeroed in on,” regardless of whether it is purposefully broadcasting any radio waves towards any satellites or not. Radio signals from satellite to a station (chip implant microprocessor) on the earth, or visa versa, is the definition of telemetry. Deceptive practices of misconstruing that public alarms of it being a satellite trackable device are not warranted due to the fact that they are not radio frequency broadcasting devices, is fraudulent advertisement, on the part of chip corporations. They are misleading people into believing that it is not a satellite trackable device. The idea that passive tags, like VeriChip, do not broadcast radio waves is not the issue of concern, with respects to satellite tracking capabilities. These are the great contradictions they are dancing around with to get their product in for public use. In essence, if they have not properly disclosed to the health industry that they are 100% trackable implants, then they have deceived them into implementing their use on medical patients under the label of “non-satellite trackable implants.” This should be of critical concern, because that would never enable these healthcare professionals to make their patients aware GPS surveillance systems may be monitoring their lives 24 hours a day, or at random, for the rest of their lives. Consider that in the below excerpt it has been conceived that “design advances or the addition of a separate power source for the chip could expand those ranges and make tracking possible,” was voiced by suspicious minds. They perceive it is possible, but have not the understanding to prove it. What is more applicable for this scenario is that they can become trackable by unlawful abusers of the system. Consider this next excerpt:

Applied Digital has tried to counter such concerns by arguing that the implantation of chips is voluntary and the only records linked to a VeriChip will be those authorized by the person with the chip. But critics say that if the technology gains a foothold, employers, government authorities and others with power over individuals could dictate how it is used… The evolution of radio identification technology also concerns some critics. Passive tags like VeriChip do not broadcast radio waves and cannot now be used to track a person's movements. And current scanners cannot read the passive chip from more than a few feet away. But design advances or the addition of a separate power source for the chip could expand those ranges and make tracking possible. Mr. Silverman has said that the current chip could help managers of high-security installations like nuclear power plants locate people in the building because scanners in doorways should be able to track who enters and leaves a room.

The statement below is describing the workings of GPS telemetry technology, an emerging science introduced by the military. It states that, “a low--powered signal” is used by “orbiting satellites to pinpoint people on Earth.” That low-powered signal that it talks about is the radio-frequency chip implants emission used (zeroed in on) by orbiting satellites to locate individuals on Earth. The idea that “it generally does not work inside buildings and users often cannot get a signal” is a false conceptualization of the power satellite tracking systems possess. GPS can be used interchangeably in the excerpt below with the term, “telemetry.” The Kansas City Star reports:

But the science is still emerging." Introduced by the military, GPS is a low-powered signal that uses orbiting satellites to pinpoint people or locations on Earth. It generally does not work inside buildings and users often cannot get a signal.

Protests about the National Reconnaissance Office engaged in a contract with Boeing to develop spy satellites, was part of a classified legal action that was taken in opposition to the nature of such systems existing and functioning in the United States of America. I applaud the Congressional officials’ concerns about the developments of Future Imagery Architecture, posing as a potential technological channel through which satellite surveillance can be conducted on US citizens at large. Medical chip implants can automatically be converted through telemetry technology into wireless telemetry system components, networked (linked) to GPS utilizing it as a receiver, or as a low-powered signal that enables its precise coordinates to be pinpointed. The misinformation that is being poured out into the public to prevent them from being repelled, shocked, worried, infuriated, or opposed to the workings of the spy satellite operations interacting with society is nothing that will be tolerated. The chain reaction the outcome of future protests will ignite are part of the catastrophic effects that will be impacted on society through their introduction and interaction, especially with regards to GPS telemetry chip implants. Acknowledge the ensuing summary about the NRO contract that was under protest:

Summary: Reports that Lockheed Martin is asking the United States General Accounting Office (GAO) to review the National Reconnaissance Office’s decision to award Boeing a contract to develop spy satellite called Future Imagery Architecture. Handling of the protest as a classified proceeding; Congressional officials’ worries about FIA; Ramifications of the outcome of the protest.

Title: NRO Contract under protest

The protests to the spy satellite tracking of Americans have been perpetuated through the specialists from the super-secret National Security Agency in their decision to quit rather than cooperate with DARPA. These are truly national heroes. Reform of NSA’s mandate to track the activities of foreign enemies of this nation has shifted these intelligence operations and targeted them on American citizens. Consider that it is these policies of promoting chip implants and spy satellite tracking of intelligence agencies on citizens, and not the existence of the Department of Defense, the National Security Agency, the National Reconnaissance Office, and other agencies that are vital to our nation’s security that is the culprit and the object of opposition. A Capitol Hill Blue report excerpt has this to state:

Those who refuse to work with TIA include specialists from the super-secret National Security Agency in Fort Meade, MD. TIA uses NSA’s technology to listen in on wireless phone calls as well as the agency’s list of key words and phrases to identify potential terrorist activity. “I know NSA employees who have quit rather than cooperate with DARPA,” Hawken says. “NSA’s mandate is to track the activities of foreign enemies of this nation, not Americans.”

Applied Digital Solutions’ sn**ch up of patent rights to the miniature digital transceiver it has named Digital Angel has nothing to do with GPS network systems capabilities to interact with chip implants and activate the functions of their programmable integrated circuitry and uses of these potentials. Patents on the designs, interactive themes made possible by specifically designed wireless telemetry equipment, and specific advertising terminology that prescribe its usages is what is more precisely meant with the use of “patent rights” to these products. The reason being that, because all chips implants emit a unique frequency that can be zeroed in on by spy satellites, these potentials cannot be restricted nor disabled. The only way these miniature digital chip designs can disable these potentials inside a human being is to not implant them inside of them, or to eradicate them from their bodies. This miniature digital transceiver product is the subject of a “sea-change marketing blitzkrieg,” as some have termed it, that is to be applied to a number of uses. It is a powerful strategy constructed that is considered capable of changing the currents of a sea. This sea is the opposition and the skepticism towards chip implanting human beings and the establishment of a satellite surveillance society. Please consider that this report includes definitions of the terms microprocessor, telemetry, transmit, and frequency to properly establish a precise working definition of the potentials, functions, and operations that can be made alive inside of a human being that is implanted a medical chip or any other chip implant. Sophisticated promoters are devising and concocting sensational marketing strategies that would manipulate these terms and blur the existence of their capabilities being understood so they can accomplish selling their money-making chip products.

Implanting prisoners and ex-convicts is only a means to an end. So it is with chip implants for the purpose of addressing the Healthcare Industry’s purported needs to be capable of maintaining a medical profile on patients. In the MILITARY USE OF TELEMETRY CHIPS section of this report, the Air Force official’s research detailed how the military perceives that by the year 2025 the citizens collectively will finally come to accept the concept of chip implanted citizens as a “fact of life.” Consider how the below excerpt points out the plans of chip corporations to market these chip implant devices for a number of uses, not just for managing medical files on patients, but also for other purposes: for criminals, for law enforcement, and for the military. Digital Angel devices that can be implanted inside human beings so they can send and receive data and be continuously tracked of GPS technology are a product that must not be allowed to be used on medical patients for the purposes of enabling efficient access to their medical history. These needs can be satisfied without employing the device. As has been clarified and detailed throughout this report, it will transform the implantee’s world into a complete technological Marxist experience. The following makes some interesting statements:

Applied Digital Solutions sn**ched up the patent rights to the miniature digital transceiver it has named Digital Angel. Now they are ready to kick off a sea-change marketing blitzkrieg. The company plans to market the device for a number of uses…Digital Angel sends and receives data and can be continuously tracked by global positioning satellite technology. When implanted within a body, the device is powered electromechanically through the movement of muscles and can be activated either by the wearer or by a monitoring facility.

Biochip Implants

Is it not practical and reasonable to clarify that technology can cut across this chip implant concept in a way that would enable computerized medical records to be accessed in a matter of seconds? Is it not what the police are capable of doing when they stop someone and run a police check on them to see if they have any outstanding warrants? The chip implant is a product the DOD policy wants private contractors to market. Saylor can have these medical records without a chip implant. National medical databases for the explicit purpose of enabling access to critical updated life saving medical information is a possible achievement, in the light of all the mass databank projects that have been desired to be successfully established by government agencies. These can be established with the precise legal restrictions necessary to disable law enforcement snooping and disable the linking of this private information to any other database monstrosity that would ever be conceived of DARPA or any other government agency. People in America don’t want anybody making strategic decisions over one’s personal life. Yet, these are solutions that would satisfy Saylor’s desire as noted below:

"Give me your medical records, and I will give you more life," Saylor says. "Privacy advocates should take him seriously," said Evan Hendricks, publisher of the watchdog Privacy Times… Saylor is very genuine, I think. The more data they have, the more strategic decisions they can make."

The beginning sentence in the blow excerpt is clearly an Applied Digital Solutions’ selling rebuttal to the opposition for its VeriChip products. What voluntary acceptance does, is grant an implied consent that a dossier of that individual’s identity and medical history be established. Computerized databanks that allow for easy access to accurate medical files and the medical history of a patient can exist without any need of an implanted chip. Consider that Applied Digital Solutions expresses the hope, that if they can gain a strategic foothold for the acceptance of chip implants for these medical reasons, it would accelerate chip implant acceptance as the established form of identification for security and access control. That is what it clearly is. A strategic channel is being made of the healthcare industry, as an avenue through which the introduction of GPS telemetry chips can be successfully implemented, using a name we all trust. This is another strategic stronghold they have devised as necessary to make it an acceptable and approvable item in society. The FDA’s approval helping them “overcome ‘the creepy factor’…and the suspicion it has stirred” is a strategic marketing avenue to explore and use to successfully create the demand for their chip products. Applied Digital’s chairman and chief executive officer, declares to what extent their struggle to make it a desirable product has been successful by stating, “we believe there are far fewer people resisting this today.”

Consider I do not hate Applied Digital or its personnel who want to market these chip devices, because they are truly not conceiving of the catastrophic chain reaction this product will cause. What I do despise is the destructive high-risk an implantee is susceptible to as a consequence of the impact the alarming potentials and telemetry interactions will have on that individual and society in general. The FDA’s decision and approval needs to be scrutinized and revised to properly detail that under the specific medical uses of enabling body parts functioning to keep human beings alive, enabling sight to the blind, hearing to the deaf, and for prosthetic uses of providing auxiliary or synthetic means of restoring human body functions to individuals are the explicit legal and allowed uses for medical use of chip implants. The following is a New York Times article excerpt:

Applied Digital Solutions, based in Delray Beach, Fla., said that its devices, which it calls VeriChips, could save lives and limit injuries from errors in medical treatment. And it expressed hope that such medical uses would accelerate the acceptance of under-the-skin ID chips as security and access-control devices . Scott R. Silverman, chairman and chief executive of Applied Digital, said the F.D.A.'s approval should help the company overcome "the creepy factor" of implanted tags and the suspicion it has stirred. "We believe there are far fewer people resisting this today," Mr. Silverman said.

Overcoming opposition is Applied Digital’s vision. They with chips to sell want to create the demand for their products. The very fact that they have products like, handheld radio scanners, that can interact with their chip implants alarms me to recognize that these devices can be modified in ways that would be destructive to the well being of the implantee. It is not logical for Applied Digital to conclude that an implant is necessary for the care provider to retrieve critical medical data stored in computers. This data stored in computers can be retrieved by other computers and the information can be efficiently delivered, enabling the physicians to save lives and limit injuries from errors in medical treatment. The chips do not necessarily store data, yet through wireless scanning devices, medical personnel can capture the radio frequency emission and communicate with the implanted microprocessor to retrieve the unique digit medical identification number to access their medical files stored in computerized database systems. Bits of data can, depending on the design, be stored in the microscopic chip. Yet they emit radio frequencies, which makes them a part of telemetry technology. These are the same radio frequencies that enable spy satellite systems to zero in on that implant and establish GPS telemetry communications with it. These are the potentials all chip implants possess and make satellite-tracking possible. Comfortable waterproof medical wristbands can be developed that can cut across this chip implanting process, yet any GPS tracking possibilities these devices possess must be required by law to be disclosed to the medical patients. The following New York Times article talks a bit about this chip access to medical files situation:

But it is far from clear whether implanted identification tags can overcome opposition from those who fear new levels of personal surveillance and from some fundamentalist religious groups…In Applied Digital's vision, patients implanted with the chips could receive more effective care because doctors, other emergency-room personnel and ambulance crews equipped with Applied's handheld radio scanners would be able to read a unique 16-digit number on the chip. The chip does not contain any records, but with the number, the care provider would be able to retrieve medical information about blood type, drug histories and other critical data stored in computers. The records could be easily updated.

Consider the false claim that is being made in the face of the facts that society is to “reap new freedoms in their everyday lives by employing the device.” They are marketing a device with the potential of incrementally converting society into one subjected to a technological Marxist experience, chip implant by chip implant. Packaged with patriotic labels as “new freedoms” they have combined with the DOD to promote its acceptance. I am against our American soldiers having to be subjected to these implants, whether voluntarily or involuntarily. Again take notice that the same chip implants they have purposed to market for a number of uses, is what makes it possible for American soldiers’ whereabouts and health conditions to be accessed at all times. The concept of a device becoming an object of “new freedoms” that can be reaped makes a complete mockery of the liberties we now possess and is an insult to every rationally thinking individual. Consider the correlation between “chip implants,” “know the precise whereabouts,” and “health conditions that can be accessed at all times” that is established. These are telemetry considerations. The ensuing citation tells a bit about Digital Angel:

…Adults…as well as their children…will reap new freedoms in their everyday lives by employing the device." According to Digital Angel executives, one inquirer/prospect is the U.S. Department of Defense, not directly but through a contractor. American soldiers may be required to wear the implant so their whereabouts and health conditions can be accessed at all times.

Biochip Implants

It is DOD policy to give chip telemetry technology to US firms to market for the purpose of enabling the global electronic eavesdropping spy satellite systems to materialize a 24/7 satellite monitored society. The reform of the National Security Agency’s mandate that has shifted its intelligence powers to keeping an eye on American citizens sparks suspicions in the mind of any practical thinking individual. Many speculations, thought not precise, are very well founded on facts and documented situations. Investigations into this practice by the US Congress must continue in this direction with full power from the people, in the name of the US Constitution, with the addition of outlawing the practice of chip implanting of human beings. These are the surveillance powers that are being injected into the people through the healthcare industry, acting as a conduit of the DOD policies and multinational chip corporate giants. Questions of legality and ethics of the intelligence work conducted needs to be properly addressed and the practice legally guided away from the American people and the Healthcare industry. A summary of Kurt Kleiner’s article is extracted and presented below:

Summary: Focuses on the clandestine global electronic eavesdropping system, called Echelon, owned by the United States National Security Agency (NSA). Question of the legality and ethics of the intelligence work conducted by the NSA; Concern of the European Parliament about global monitoring; Speculation that the NSA uses Echelon to give intelligence to US firms; Investigation into the practices of the NSA by the European Committee on Civil Liberties and Internal Affairs and by the US Congress
