Blue Lizard Yoga

Join me for some yoga and hiking at Hueco Tanks on Saturday, January 11 at 1pm. Cost is $35 and includes entrance into the park, hiking, and a 1 hour yoga class in the beautiful backcountry of Hueco Tanks. DM for more details and to sign up.

Our new classes this week focus on Downward Facing Dog and are appropriate for all levels. Give these classes a try. Even if you do Down Dog all the time, you might gain some new insight on this challenging pose.

Even though our physical space is closing on October 15, you can still practice with Beth and Blue Lizard Yoga online!

For the whole month of October you can access all of our online classes for free through our website. Just login or create an account. If you enjoy the classes then starting in November we will be offering Blue Lizard Yoga online for $25 a month and new classes will be added weekly.

The online site is searchable by class type to make it easy to find the class you are looking for.
