🇻🇪🇨🇴Hoy no corrí para mí.

Hoy corrí para ayudar a alguien más a creer que podía hacerlo. 🏃‍♂️✨

Le ayudamos con el pace en sus 5K… y mejoró su tiempo por unos segundos.

Algunos dirán: “solo fueron segundos.”

Pero en el running, y en la vida, segundos pueden cambiar confianza, mentalidad y futuro.

Muy feliz por él.

A veces mi mejor carrera no es la que corro… sino la que acompaño.

🇺🇸Today I didn’t run for myself.

Today I ran to help someone else believe he could do it. 🏃‍♂️✨

We paced his 5K… and he improved by a few seconds.

Some will say: “just seconds.”

But in running—and in life—seconds can change confidence, mindset, and future.

Very proud of him.

Sometimes my best race isn’t the one you run… but the one you help.

🇻🇪🇨🇴Tuve la oportunidad de guiar a chicos de 6 a 11 años en track & field 🏃‍♂️✨
Fue solo una primera sesión, pero qué alegría sembrar en nuevas generaciones esta pasión que tanto amo.

Si Di-s me lo permite, ojalá pueda seguir creciendo con lo poco que sé, ayudando a otros a descubrir su potencial.
Porque crecer de verdad es hacer crecer a otros. 🙏💛

It was just the first session, but what a joy to plant seeds in the next generation of a sport I deeply love.

If G-d allows it, I hope to keep growing by sharing what little I know and helping others discover their potential.
