(BNHR) will hold a press conference to release its Annual Law Enforcement Documentation Report, presenting findings from 10 documented cases involving the El Paso Police Department (EPPD), 11 documented cases involving the El Paso County Sheriff's Office (EPSCO), and 13 documented cases involving Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The report documents a total of 128 alleged abuses.
