Early this semester we had the opportunity to work with SCI to provide the class of 2025 a hands-on experience to work alongside Interpreters in the clinical setting. Carlos Ramos and Ruben Lucero from UMC gave an insightful talk about the interpreting field and what is needed to make the partnerships between providers and language interpreters to better serve the patient community in the borderland. It has been a pleasure to watch the class of 2025 continue to grow in their Spanish abilities and we wish you the best in your 3rd year journey! Mucho éxito 💕
