Another simple way to reduce back pain is to stretch your back every 30-60 minutes. You should be standing up and slowly pushing your hips in a forward motion with just a slight arch to your back. When you are at work, try taking small breaks. Small breaks can reduce back pains as it will help relieve the back muscles. You want to avoid having your back muscles clenched up for too long. Whether you go for a water break or just a simple walk around your cubicle, it will make a difference. If you have time out of the office, exercises such as aerobic or yoga can strengthen your back muscles.
Are you experiencing back pains after a long day of work in the office? Are you spending more than 4 hours sitting in a chair every day? If yes, please take some time to reevaluate your sitting habits and the equipment you are using in your office. The equipment you are using has a lot to do with the problems you may be experiencing. Finding better equipment may drastically decrease your back pain and may be healthier for your body overall.
Are you tired of having back pain and other body aches? You may not know this but your desk chair that you spend most of your time on may be the cause of this. Old office chairs do not provide the support and comfort needed for the entire body. For this reason, you will experience aches and discomfort. We are unaware of this but the desk chair we use every day and don’t pay much attention to may be the cause of our back problems. In addition to causing pain and discomfort, it also causes us to be unproductive. Let’s face it, it is hard to concentrate when you are uncomfortable. Therefore, we will lack productivity. The easy fix for this would be to upgrade the chair we use. Upgrading to ergonomic office furniture will give your body better support and added comfort.
