Belellano Insurance Services is currently looking for a Front Desk Receptionist for our El Centro location. Full-Time - Monday through Friday.

Office & Insurance experience preferred.
Insurance Licensed highly desirable.

Some duties include:
-Welcoming visitors to the office
-Handling Incoming/Outgoing phone calls
-Data Entry
-Taking Electronic Payments
-Assist with Identifying new sales opportunities
-Taking and delivering messages
-Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
-Tasks such as sorting and sending mail
-Answering customer questions, providing information, and addressing requests
-Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services
-Other duties as assigned
