Pearl optometry offers a full comprehensive eye exam, which includes:

*Retinal scan: This allows us to get a view of the back part of your eye where we can see damage caused by uncontrolled diabetes or high blood pressure. It is also used to help diagnose glaucoma, retinal tears, scars, or detachments.
*Autorefractor: This machine gives us an idea of what kind of prescription you will need, which makes the final refraction quicker and easier. It also measures the pressure of your eye, which is used as a tool to diagnose glaucoma
*Visual Field: This machine allows us to check your peripheral vision and see if there is any kind of vision loss.
*Lensometry: This instrument reads your current glasses, allowing us to compare your new prescription to your previous one.
