Silver maples grow fast and shed deadwood even faster, and the two big ones at Siobhan's Edwardsville home were due for attention. Five summers running, George and Clarice in Lebanon have made us their first call for the trees around their home, and we're grateful for it. Nine oaks had died at Barb's place in Edwardsville, several standing a little too close to the house and barn for comfort. Barb has trusted us with her trees since 2017, so when this many needed to come down she called us back again. Big job on St. Louis Street in Edwardsville last week. We brought the crane in and closed the road to safely take down a massive 43" pin oak right in the heart of town, plus a maple removal and some technical deadwooding up top.
