I cannot express how proud I am of you! You went through a pandemic, jobs, so many “almost”, and looking everywhere to eventually wind up right where you wanted to be. I’m going to miss the laughs, so many coffee breaks, me putting my foot in my mouth… so many things lol Let’s do it again someday. Now when are you babysitting my kids?! 😂😂

Over 20 years in real estate! Wow! This house is one of my fondest memories in the industry. Some of my closest friends needed to find a place before a developer forced them out of their apartment. We looked at well over a 100 homes and sometimes went looking for more than 8 hours a day. We saw floorless homes, “vacant” homes that weren’t really vacant and so many other story worthy homes. When I start working with a new client, there is a very good chance that this home is mentioned as one of my favorite!

Now it’s time for my Sellers to start a new chapter and pass this home along to the next owner. This home is absolutely darling and I’m humbled to have my name on the sign. To quote a favorite movie of mine… “She’s a beaut, Clark!”….
