Busy weekend of meets and so much fun at the 2026 PN IST Springtime Madness Long Course Challenge ☀️

It was awesome seeing so many of our younger swimmers on deck this weekend as long course season gets going! So many first-time long course swims, first PNS qualifying times, and great racing all around

We’re excited to keep swimming all summer long with this crew! And of course… swipe to the last slide for some goofy fun from the girls

SWIM A THON SPOTLIGHT

A huge shoutout to Mike Wies for leading the way as our current top fundraiser with an incredible $2,500+ raised 👏

Mike is a senior performance swimmer and a coach at Yost Pool, and the effort he brings every single day does not go unnoticed. His patience, consistency, and work ethic show in everything he does and make a lasting impact on our team both in and out of the water.

We are so excited to celebrate him at Swim a thon 🎉

Join us at our Swim a Thon on May 9th where you can see items in person and purchase gear. We will also have a rep there with tech suits, caps, goggles, fins, snorkels, bags, and more available

Looking ahead to fall, we will be bringing in even more equipment and swim gear along with personalized Cascade items like custom towels and caps
