Potlatch Bistro

Starting September 1st, the Edmonds Waterfront Center and will be consolidating Potlatch Bistro and Shore Pine Coffee & Gelato to create a more sustainable dining experience. The last day of lunch service at Potlatch will be Thursday, August 31st. Seniors registered with EWC will enjoy convenient box lunches, while Shore Pine will offer an expanded menu of grab-and-go lunch options for all to enjoy. The banquet room will still be your go-to spot for amazing views, live music, and community gatherings. We are so grateful for all of the support we have received from the community and look forward to continue to serve you at Shore Pine!
