Just a quick reminder to all of our awesome clients—both new and familiar—about our cancellation and rescheduling policy. We've noticed a few more last-minute cancellations and no-shows lately.

We completely understand that life can be unpredictable—trust me, we get it! But as a small business, when appointments are canceled just 30 minutes before or if there’s a no-show, it takes away the chance for someone else who was ready to show up.

To keep things running smoothly, we kindly ask for 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. There’s a small fee for late cancellations and no-shows, just to help us manage the schedule and make sure we can serve everyone who needs us.
