If your current landlord is thinking about selling their rental home in which you reside then let us know. Maybe it’s another home they have.
Maybe it’s a friend you know wanting to sell a home that needs repairs or someone inherited a home. Even if you are moving out of a rental home let us know. Maybe your old landlord will want to sell at this point. You never know. It’s worth a shot at some easy money.

If we negotiate a deal and buy it we will invite you to the closing at the title company.
The moment we sign the paperwork we will hand you a certified bank check for $1,000.
That’s it. Easy.

All you have to do is PM us ( do not put in comments) the address, name of owner and their phone number. You should tell them you know of someone that wants to buy their home and that we will be calling them. Pm us for my personal contact info.
