Here's a piece of Independence Day history that surprises a lot of people:

Congress voted to declare independence on July 2, 1776. Two days later, on July 4, they adopted the final wording of the Declaration of Independence – the date that became part of our nation's history.

However you celebrate today, we hope it's filled with gratitude, family, and reflection.

Wishing you and your family a safe and Happy Independence Day! πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

The hardest part isn't always saying goodbye.

Sometimes it's what comes after.

When the flowers are gone.
When the calls slow down.
When life gets quiet.

Many families tell us that's when the questions begin.

"What do I do now?"

There isn't one right answer.

Some keep an urn close. Others scatter ashes in a meaningful place. And for many, creating a permanent memorial becomes a place to visit, reflect, celebrate milestones, and stay connected to the person they love.

Grief doesn't have a timeline. Neither does remembrance.

However you choose to honor someone, the most important thing is finding what brings you peace. ❀️

Someday, someone may inherit an urn.

Most people never think about that.

But it's one of the biggest questions families face years after cremation.

If that urn became your responsibility tomorrow, what would you want to do?

πŸ‘‡ We'd love to hear your thoughts.

A lot of family history was never written down.

It was told across kitchen tables.

Passed from grandparents to grandchildren.

Remembered through stories, traditions, photographs, and names.

That's part of why Juneteenth matters.

It's a reminder that preserving a story can be an act of resilience.

Today, we honor the history, strength, and legacy carried forward through generations.
