Focus on Function & Functional Rehab is therapist owned and managed. We have provided Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy in the OKC metro since 1993 as an Outpatient Rehab Agency and Licensed Home Care Agency.

We are currently looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist for our South Oklahoma City ALC’s/Memory Care locations, which are less than 2 miles of each other. This position requires a Licensed Occupational Therapist who is able to work within a strong team to develop creative plan of cares to help increase a client’s functional independence and improve their daily lives. Facility locations are conveniently close together allowing for more efficiency, while still continuing to offer flexibility with scheduling. We have a highly supportive team of office staff, management, and rehab coordinator to assist you in the field! We are also accepting applicants for PT/PTA, COTA.
