Happy Halloween! Here is Ragan’s first ever deadlift. She arrived in costume to her brother’s PT appointment. I asked her to pose inside the trap bar and she proceeded to rip it off the ground. 130lbs at her (actual) bodyweight? Strong and spooky! 🎃👻
