Earlier this week, we received this device in an extremely dangerous condition after the battery was punctured. A punctured battery is a serious safety hazard. For everyone’s safety, the device was carefully handled and disposed of following proper safety and environmental procedures.

This iPhone 13 came in extremely damaged and no longer usable. Power issues and internal damage made normal repair impossible, but the data was still the priority.
Photos and important data were successfully recovered. Even severely damaged phones may still have recoverable data.

Using non-certified chargers can be dangerous. This battery swelled up and could have caused serious damage.
If your phone feels hot, screen is lifting, or battery drains fast, stop using it and get it checked. Safety first, data always protected.

Galaxy Z Flip 5, sudden no power, data saved!
This Samsung Flip 5 suddenly stopped powering on. The customer’s priority was clear: they needed their data.
