✨Dr. MacKenzie Welch, D.C. is our new chiropractor at OneHealth✨She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Applied Health Science with an emphasis in Exercise Science and a minor in Coaching from Northwest Missouri State University, where she was also a collegiate athlete. This experience provided her with a strong foundation in how the body moves, adapts, and performs.
Graduating from Cleveland University-Kansas City with a hands-on and compassionate approach, Dr. Mac focuses on improving mobility, addressing pain, and supporting overall health through chiropractic care to enhance quality of life. She also adjusts animals, applying the same thoughtful, individualized techniques to support proper movement and function. Dr. Mac believes in meeting each patient where they are and helping them function at their best! Whether in daily life, performance, with a furry friend, or overall well-being, she is here to help!
Outside of practice, Dr. Mac grew up in small-town Iowa, where she developed a deep appreciation for community and connection. She enjoys being outdoors, daily walks with her husband and their dogs, sharing crafts with her grandma, traveling to new places with family and friends, and admits her favorite food is a pickle.
We’re so thankful that she has joined our OneHealth team and can’t wait for you to meet her!🎉

We spend more hours than ever looking down at phones, tablets, and computers. Add in desk jobs, driving, schoolwork and it’s no surprise we’re seeing more neck pain, headaches, and posture challenges in all ages.
👉 When the head tilts forward, the neck and upper back take on extra stress. Over time, this can lead to:
• Neck & shoulder tension
• Headaches
• Rounded shoulders & forward head posture
• Decreased mobility
• Increased stress on the nervous system
And here’s the part many families don’t realize ⬇️
Children are developing posture and spinal patterns early from tablets, phones, gaming, and schoolwork. Those patterns don’t disappear with age; they often carry into adulthood.
✨ Why Consistent Chiropractic Care Matters✨
Chiropractic adjustments help restore proper motion to the spine and support the nervous system allowing the body to adapt better to daily stressors like screen time, work demands, and school activities.
For families, consistent care can:
✔ Support healthy spinal development in children
✔ Help adults manage daily physical stress more effectively
✔ Encourage better posture and movement habits over time
✔ Promote overall nervous system function for the entire family
Your family’s health isn’t just about addressing pain when it shows up 🚨it’s about supporting the body consistently so it can function at its best.
