"Lovelady’s organization has been around for more than 30 years in Oklahoma City, beginning its work by revitalizing the Paseo District and constructing neighborhoods through community input. The four new homes in Capitol Hill are tied to a city-founded partnership program called the Strong Neighborhoods Initiative currently targeting that area.

"Lovelady said the city begins projects by collecting two years of data, listening to neighbors and implementing feedback to raise real estate values and create affordable spaces."
