One thing for sure is that I don’t get a lot of sleep during the week of camp as details and more details buzz around my brain. And the emotion of it all plays a part, too. So in the middle of the night, I’ve had a lot of time to think and pray since sleep has been so elusive. In the middle of one night, it dawned on me that we talk a lot about Hope’s dream here at Dancing for Eternity, and rightly so, but God revealed to me that it is HIS dream spoken to her that he was going to fulfill through her. It came from him, and she was the right person for the mission with the right heart to do it. I have no doubt, had she lived, she would have obediently done exactly what he placed in her heart. What an incredible honor and how humbling it is to have that same mission placed upon us in her place. It brings me personally so very much joy to be able to do it. And I’m in awe that God would allow us to fulfill the dream he gave her. - Charla Shaffer, Hope’s mom and President of Dancing for Eternity
