It's okay, you're not alone! Neurodivergent people often struggle with memory in various ways. The key to managing this and keeping a strong memory is to set up systems that work for you and your unique brain :)
This could be setting reminders, taking away distractions while working, writing things down, whatever works best! On top of this, staying active and doing things that regulate yourself can be great for your overall brain function and memory.

Do you have ADHD and get so hyperfocused on what you're doing that you completely skip meals?? You're not alone! It's very common for ADHDers and neurodivergents to not be in tune with their bodies' hunger signals.
The best ways to avoid missing important meals that keep your brain healthy and functioning well are to know your hunger cues, pay attention to body signals, and schedule meals when possible!

Today was such a blast singing along to some of our favorite Disney songs! Everyone sounded so beautiful, singing and playing along to the music! We are so sad and excited about the final installment of our music classes with the professionals from Sigma Alpha Iota. We all know the importance of a good night's sleep. But did you know just how much good and bad sleep impact our bodies and mental health??
Poor sleep can make it difficult to deal with stress properly, regulate our emotions, and increase the risk of mental health issues.
