Flexfit Training Center

Around 2011 I was searching for an indoor space for a 5:30am outdoor bootcamp workout I had started. After trying a place I came upon Inman Sports Center now Inman Sports Complex. The owner Richard Visco gave me a room in his building to consider renting.

I opened the door and immediately has a vision for what would become today’s FleXfit Training Center. Richard gave me a great rent that I could afford and an opportunity.

Without Richard Visco FleXfit would not have happened. He became a friend. He changed my life for the better. Richard died peacefully at his home last night.
