What is the program? In the framework of this program, school children of Humla, in the far northwest of Nepal, are educated in the fields of personal hygiene, diseases, first aid and nutrition. They are trained to become 'little doctors' who spread health awareness among family and friends within their community. Over the years the Nepal Trust has produced more than 370 Little Doctors in several parts of Humla.

Shown below is the new Torpa Health Post that is underway. However, this is just one of many waiting to be created. Please donate to help build Health Clinics for those in need in Humla, Nepal.
