The Glenn Dowd Project

Been a while since I posted. Rest assured we've been busy. After a winter filled with repeated cold/flu's, for me, we are emerging with a bunch of exciting new songs! Can't wait for you to hear them. I'll start slowly teasing them in the coming days. Right now we are carrying on as a three piece band with the uber talented Richie sliding over to Bass... However, he'd like to stay on guitar and keys... So we are actively looking for a new Bass player. Our boy Bert has left to explore some different opportunities. We wish him well, and thank him immensely for helping get this version of "The Project" off the ground prior to Covid.

So stay tuned. A lot of exciting announcements to come quickly. From welcoming our new drummer (formal announcement to come), to new songs and gig announcements. yay!

Two Exciting Gig Announcements! Come on out and have some fun with us!

First up: Friday, July 25th. Crossroads in Garwood, NJ (Exit 137 GSP). 9:30pm. Late enough to miss traffic, Early enough to get home in bed before too late (if you worry about such things). Crossroads is a great club with good food and drinks!

Next: Thurs., August 7th. Somerset County 4-H Fair. an all ages early show. 6pm. North Branch Park, Bridgewater, NJ. Outdoor gigs are always fun! Things to do as a family too.

We plan on debuting a new song or two, so come on out. Come out to both and we'll be sure to change the show around. Do to family commitments (vacations...). These are our last 2 gigs till mid September.

Breaking News!!! We have put together a rare Weekend afternoon show on March 23rd! Live in store at the very cool Revilla Grooves and Gear record store in Milltown NJ. Come watch us entertain in a low volume intimate setting. Shop and browse amongst the record bins of new and used LP's. Experience (or re-experience) what an old fashioned, cool record store is like. Places like this are worth supporting (as is live music!). Band Records and CD's will be available for purchase (and signing, if wanted).
