🌿 Join the Ahimsa Ki Pathshala Movement! 🌿
Dear Friends,
I have begun a heartfelt initiative called Ahimsa Ki Pathshala (School of Non-Violence) to nurture compassion, kindness, empathy, peaceful living, and respect for all life among children across India.
My vision is to train dedicated teachers as “Ahimsa Sandeshaks”, who will then train more teachers and inspire thousands of children to become “Ahimsa Doots” in their schools.
To support this mission, I am creating:
🌱 Teacher training programs
📚 Online learning resources and activities
🎥 Educational videos and stories
📖 Posters, workbooks, and classroom materials
🏫 A growing network of schools committed to values-based education
If this vision resonates with you and you would genuinely like to contribute your time, ideas, expertise, or support, I warmly invite you to join this core volunteer group.
Together, let us sow the seeds of Karuna (Compassion), Samvedana (Empathy), Sah-Astitva (Coexistence), and Shanti (Peace) in the hearts of our children.

In one of the most challenging and least enticing events, a French vegan swimmer has made history at the World Championships
The Ice Swimming championships finished in Finland with competitors swimming in sub-zero water. Pools were carved out of a sea frozen under 90 cm of ice.
Champion Francois-Xavier Filias explained that “every stroke was a victory over the freezing void.”
