MonaLeafa floral art isn’t just simple craft projects.

As the artist, I create each shadow boxed art piece with precise planning and placement of each design element that’s incorporated. The process of preserving and preparation alone takes time and patience.

It’s not an easy job to work with and handle preserved petals properly, however, the journey has been a beautiful blessing nonetheless most especially to have this gift of knowing how to create with significant meaning.

I get asked this question often by clients…

Am I still able to give you roses that have already began fading?

The answer is yes. Receiving roses partially faded is perfectly ok. I can still work with what you have. I am able to use the same preservation process.

Fun Fact: Flowers, especially roses, often harbor a plant bug and if these bugs are not eliminated the proper way, even during the process of natural preservation, you will risk the bugs eating away at the petals.
