We’re proud to recognize Joe Becker, CCIM as Carlson Partners’ 2025 Emerging Leader. Joe began his commercial real estate career in 2021. He joined Carlson Partners in 2025 and has quickly built on his expertise and established himself as a go-to resource for tenants and their evolving real estate needs.

In 2025, Joe contributed significantly to our expanding client portfolio, bringing on new office, industrial, and retail clients. He also earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, further strengthening our team’s capabilities in financial analysis, market evaluation, and complex transaction strategy.

Carlson Partners is pleased to share that we represented Crecera Brands in their strategic headquarters relocation to The Offices at Mall of America in Bloomington, MN. After more than 40 years in their South St. Paul retail and warehouse facility, Crecera Brands is moving into a modern, fully furnished Class A office that better reflects their brand and supports their evolving workplace strategy.

Ted Carlson and Ben Copeland guided Crecera Brands through a competitive market to secure a short-term, flexible lease, positioning the company for growth while also supporting talent attraction and retention.

As part of the transition, Crecera Brands will relocate most warehouse operations to Indianapolis, IN, and maintain their executive and administrative hub here in Minnesota. Carlson Partners is also marketing their former South St. Paul facility for sublease. We congratulate Crecera Brands on this exciting next chapter and look forward to seeing their team thrive in their new headquarters!
